Honest Kenyans are grateful that Kofi Annan has come to our aid. But much as that is so I want to make some observations thus:

1. The majority of the almost 1000 people killed were in Western Kenya particularly in Rift Valley, Nyanza and Western provinces. They were brutally killed by Kibaki's police and Museveni's police when they were peacefully demonstrating against the theft of presidential votes by Mwai Kibaki.

2. In view of this it is strange that the most respected Kofi Annan has not seen it fit even to visit the scene of maximum genocide, Nyanza and Western Provinces!

3. Kofi Annan seems to favour power sharing between ODM and PNU and this stand is supported to the hilt by the US whose ambassador has openly turned his back against the Kenyan dying democrats. Now is this mediation on belhalf of the suffering Kenyans or the government of the US?

4. Why has Kofi Annan seen it fit to deal with non-Kenyans who never took part in the votes instead of calling for a NO-or-YES VOTE REFERANDUM for all Kenyans to demonstrate who they want to be their President? If Kenyans trully elected Kibaki to be their President as he claims then he should not entertain any fear since such a referandum will definitely vindicate him instead of being our President by force and bloodletting.

5. Kofi Annan is deeply touched by those Kikuyus who have been evicted from 'their farms!' He should instead carefully find out how the farms were fraudulently given them as a tribal favour by their Kikuyu tribesman Jomo Kenyatta. He will be shocked to learn the course for which the likes of John Marey Seroney, a Kalenjin MP for Tindret; Rift Valley died.

I urge Kofi Annan to act such that he should never be seen to be siding with Jendayi Frazer and Ranneberger both who have not only turned their backs on innocent but suffering democratic Kenyans who have been injured and continue to be injured by the arrogance of Kibaki and his Mt. Kenya group but also they have turned their backs to democracy where Kenyan majority are concerned. We have been hurt and therefore we do not want to suffer any more Mr. Kofi Annan. Mr. Kofi Annan, both Ranneberger and Jendayi Frazer have done great disservice to the majority Kenyans with their open dishonesty on our presidential elections therefore we have resoundingly rejected them.
