Dearest all,

I have received notifictaion from the Directorate General for the EU Presidency that the petition we fowarded on 3rd January 2008 on "the Flawed presidential election" has been entered in the reigister reference number 0020-08 and has been fowarded to the committee on petitions for further action.

We are hopeful that EU will continue to exert pressure as appropriate for the resolution of the conflict. Additional updates will be communicated as we receive them!
