What we are providing is Dial-Up Internet Access.

Note that our service provides a PPP type of connection. Speeds are up to 56 thousand bits per second.

For customers’ e-mail service, two options exist.
– Your_CustomName @ jaluo.com (a POP3 / SMTP account)
– Use one of the many reputable web locations offering e-mail service to the public, often for free (a web-site based account).

Platform & Operating System:

This service works with PC-s using MS Windows 9x operating systems. It should with later MS Windows versions. It should work with Macintosh, Unix , Linux, etc. platforms.

PC / Windows Software

Our service can be used employing what comes included already with most customers' Windows / PC-s. Special site specific software, such as that used by certain other online-services, isn't required here. Dial-Up Networking components and a Web browser are usually included with these operating systems.
